Grand Ayatollah Noori Hamedani (may he live long) in a meeting with Dr. Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, while congratulating on the blessed Eid of Ghadir Khumm and commending his valuable background in the Sacred Defense and various other responsibilities, stated: "The depreciation of the national currency is one of the major issues." His Eminence emphasized the importance of addressing the economic and living conditions of the people and called for a swift resolution. The esteemed Marja of the Shia world emphasized the importance of recognizing the people's position in the Islamic system, adding: "The people of Iran have demonstrated their dedication and resilience in the past and it will be these very people who will defend the country against the enemy in the future. Therefore, serving the people is of great importance and is evident in the words of the infallible Imams (peace be upon them), especially in Nahj al-Balagha."
Grand Ayatollah Noori Hamedani (may Allah grant him long life) reminded the importance of the situation of the Islamic world, particularly the Zionist regime, and the remarks of the Supreme Leader in recent days. He stated: "The President, in addition to paying attention to domestic problems, must also focus on international issues, recognize the enemy's plots, and counter them. I hope that with your background in the Sacred Defense and various official positions where you have been a successful servant, you will also be able to address and solve the remaining problems."
