Text of His Eminence's Message
In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
The unfortunate and distressing events in Parachinar, Pakistan, and the massacre of innocent people have caused deep sorrow and grief. Today, all of us bear responsibility regarding this matter, and we must express our strong condemnation of this atrocity.
The diplomatic authorities of the Islamic Republic must pursue this issue so that the government of Pakistan prevents the actions of these extremist Salafists and respects the rights of the followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
I pray for the success of everyone from Almighty God.
