In a meeting with Qazi Askar, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and pilgrimage affairs, and Alireza Rashidiyan the head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, His Eminence highlighted the importance of Islamic management. "The divine religious obligations and acts of worship become especially momentous when they become socially relevant," he said.
Grand Ayatollah Noori Hamedani went on saying that the Islamic world has stood up against the world of infidelity, and "the great Hajj rally, whether you want it or not, has gained political significance. That is because Wahabism which is antagonistic to Shia and Sunni schools of law, is based in Saudi Arabia and launching its campaign from there."
"From political and ideological perspectives, Wahabism considers Shia as a calamity and hurdle against itself and it is for the same reason that it is also constantly fighting Zaidi Shiites in Yemen," he noted.
Wahabism has stepped efforts to engage in an ideological war with Shi'ism. "We must always be careful and alert in encountering this development. Wahabism is lying about politics when it says that it has nothing to do with politics while it is continuously hatching conspiracies against the Shia school," he stressed.
Referring to the achievements and strong positions of the resistance front, Grand Ayatollah Noori Hamedani said, "Today, God has brought about a situation in which Islam is at the top while the infidelity front is in desperate situation experiencing disgrace and humiliation."
His Eminence further added, "The fact that the followers of Wahabism do not permit Dua'e Kumayl to be held is because there are words and meanings in this supplication which signify Shia culture and dignity."
